It requires skills. To learn, you can enrol yourself in HGV driving schools. Once you complete your training and become a perfectionist, you need to prove it by giving some tests. There are four tests in total. You need to qualify for all of them to get your HGV licence. Also, before you start training, ensure you know which heavy goods vehicle you want to drive.
